Beaver finds win column vs. Waterford

On Wednesday, Dec.1, Millard defeated Beaver, 70-56, on the road. The Eagles (3-2) jumped out to a 32-20 lead at the half, and the Beavers (0-2) were never able to recover. Conner Crum led the Beavers with 20 points. Cobe Carter added 13.

Beaver 51, Ravens 45

On Friday, Beaver (1-2) hosted Waterford. The Ravens had a big fourth quarter but were unable to overcome a 41-23 deficit at the end of three quarters. Crum led the Beavers with 17 points and 17 rebounds. 

Beavers routs Mustangs

On Tuesday, Nov. 30, Beaver defeated Crimson Cliffs, 51-26. The Beavers (2-0) held a 41-16 lead at the end of the third quarter and coasted to victory over the Mustangs (0-1). Avery Brown led the Beavers with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Halle Hutchings added 14 points.

Panthers 42, Beavers 39

On Thursday, Dec. 2, the Beavers fell to Pine View on the road. The Beavers (2-1) trailed the Panthers (1-0) by 10 at the half and battled through the second half before falling just short. Brown led the Beavers with 12 points. 

BHS grapplers muscle Parowan

On Thursday, Dec. 2, the Beaver wrestling team hosted a dual against Parowan. The Beavers dominated the Rams 89-6, losing just one match. 

Skyhawk Showdown 

The Beaver wrestling team competed at the Skyhawk Showdown this past weekend. They finished in third place as a team out of 16 teams.

The Beavers had a handful of wrestlers finish in the top five as individuals: Gage Raddon finished first at 120 pounds; Doug Evans finished first at 132 pounds; Tavyn Hollingshead finished second at 132; Carson Reynolds finished fifth at 150; Ayden Bradshaw finished fourth at 165; and Bowden Brown finished fourth at 190.

The Beavers will wrestle at Desert Hills this weekend.
